During this high-security transaction, we, nor any third parties, get to see your card number or other information. Ogone verifies the validity of your card, the card number and access rights of your credit card and confirms the payment to us. In case of payment by ATM card, your card number makes a direct connection with your bank's Internet banking module in your familiar environment. Following payment your order is final and we can immediately proceed with shipment. On your statement, the purchase is listed under “Bubbles at home”. For payment with a credit card/ATM card, no costs are charged.

You can also pay the balance of your order via bank transfer. After confirming your order you will receive an order form with our bank details and a payment reference. As soon as we have received the payment on our account (this can take up to 3 working days depending on the bank) your order is sent.
invoice
If you want an invoice for your purchase please contact our customer service via e-mail. The invoice will be mailed to you at a later date (on delivery of your order). Invoices are only drawn up if a valid VAT number is specified.
