We deliver directly from stock in Belgium via courier companies DPD & taxipost . Should we run out of stock, in exceptional circumstances, we shall notify you immediately. On receipt of payment your order is prepared for shipment. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order is being processed. Deliveries in Belgium are made within 48 hours after sending this message. Other deliveries in the EU take max. 4 days on average.
in case of absence
You will receive a notification in your letterbox. The package is offered a 2nd time. You can also pick it up at the specified warehouse subject to calling first.
shipping costs
Cost price for shipments up to max. 31.5 kg (30 kg) including VAT.
For orders to these destinations the cost of transport is automatically added to the total cost price of your shopping cart on confirmation. For deliveries to another country, please contact our customer service for a quote.

In case of delivery outside the EU, customs duties and/or excise duties may be charged. These costs are payable by you. The customs may also open your package to inspect it. This is not our responsibility. In exceptional circumstances this may involve a delay. For more information, please contact the customs office of the country of destination.
