Instructions
Fill the bottom of the bath with hot water and add a minimum of 800g of Dead Sea bath salt. Once the salt is dissolved, you can add more water. The ideal water temperature is 36°C to 39°C for a bath of 15 to 20 minutes. Gently pat your body dry after the bath, avoiding rubbing motions.
For a relaxing hand or foot bath, follow the same steps with 100g of salt. This helps promote better sleep!
